Services

M4AX provides video editing and motion design services (motion graphics, SaaS videos, explainer videos, product demos) and sells digital products such as project files, presets and templates. Submitting a booking request is not a binding contract — project scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before any work begins.

Client projects

• Each project follows the published process: brief, script, storyboard, animation, delivery.
• Quoted prices include the number of revision rounds agreed in the project quote.
• Final deliverables are transferred to you upon full payment. Until then, all work remains my property.
• I may showcase completed work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Digital products

• Store purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; their checkout terms apply to the transaction.
• Products are licensed for use in your own projects — personal or commercial.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the files themselves.

Liability

This site and its products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, M4AX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site, its products, or delivered project work beyond the amount you paid.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
