Refund Policy

Digital products

Because digital products (project files, presets, LUTs, templates) are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final. That said, I want you to be happy with what you buy:

• If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or doesn't match its description, contact me within 14 days of purchase and I'll fix it or refund you in full.
• If you bought the wrong product by mistake and haven't downloaded it, I'll swap it or refund it.
• Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.

Client projects

• Deposits cover work already scheduled and begun, and are non-refundable once production starts.
• If you cancel before work begins, any payment is refunded in full.
• If I can't deliver the agreed scope, you'll receive a proportional refund for undelivered work.

How to request a refund

Reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or reach out through the booking form with your order number. Refund requests are answered within 48 hours.
